Hydro Seeding

What is Hydro Seeding?

Hydro Seed is simply a mix of grass seeds, mulch, fertilizers, bonding agents and water. Once prepared, this mix is sprayed onto topsoil. Within days, germination takes place and grass is beginning to grow. A few weeks later you will have a uniform lawn without the high cost that sodding incures.

What is the Cost?

Hydro Seeding is the fastest, easiest, and most cost efficient way to get the yard you have always dreamed about. The average cost of sodding a yard can be more than double the cost of having it hydro seeded.

Fertilize & Weed Control Programs

Our Annual Suggested Program Includes 6 treatments:

• 1st application is a granular crab grass prevention with a slow release fertilizer, usually applied mid April to May
• 2nd application is a liquid spray application broadleaf control, usually applied late May to early June
• 3rd application is a Early Summer, Fertilizer granular with broadleaf prevention applied in late June early July
• 4th application is a mid Summer, Granular Fertilize/Spot Spray Broadleaf usually Mid July early August
• 5th application is a late Summer broadleaf control spray treatment usually mid August
• 6th application is a granular fertilizer application early September

* Additional treatments, over seeding of lawn, core aeration and de-thatching is available.
