Morgan has been working in the construction industry for over 30 years.   His experience in building 100's of bridges throughout MN and beyond has given him an EDGE over other competitors in the industry.  He knows what it takes to make a quality product hold up for years and years to come - while still allowing plenty room for DESIGN when building your outdoor space! With the knowledge that he brings to each project, you are sure to receive Top of the Line Products, Service and a Life Long Business that you will be sure to tell your friends and family about!  Morgan has served in every capacity of the business; from starting on the job site on through to project management, estimating and even taking care of daily office work. He continues to enjoy having the hands on approach to all of his businesses aspects.  Morgan enjoys playing cards, fishing, hunting and entertaining his kids, grandkids, family and friends at the family Cabin on Lake Jefferson.

Theresa Lloyd, Owner & CEO

Theresa manages all the office and scheduling for the business!  Each day seems to bring on a wide variety of tasks that  she takes on with a huge smile!  She is dedicated to making the business run as smoothly as possible - even when she has piles of paperwork to sift thru - she still finds time for a good laugh!  During her off time she enjoys working at her Part Time Job as a Hair Stylist in Bloomington along with entertaining her grandkids as often as possible!

Mark Lloyd, Owner & Job Supervisor

Mark is the son of Morgan and Theresa Lloyd.  He has worked for Lawns Are Us since the beginning.  His 20+ years of on-the-job training has given him a solid foundation for the skills necessary to be at the top of this industry.  As a Job Supervisor, Mark oversees each job to make sure that the customer is getting exactly what they want.  He works closely with his crews to make each project run in a timely, organized and professional manner.
